I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue I.C.A.R.E. (Into Canine Adoption, Rehabilitation, and Education), this volunteer organization helps rescues dogs that are at risk of being euthanized, and who are either abused or abandoned by finding permanent homes. They also focus by help educating the public on rescue procedures, canine species and specific breeds. Tasks include becoming a foster parent or helping transport dogs to and from adoption events or to veterinary care, providing house checks, and caring for dogs during adoptions events.
